Overall, JCPenney Salon offers skilled hair services, but could benefit from improved operational efficiency to provide a seamless customer experience.
Love the stylists who work here but they don't have a full-time receptionist so no one ever answers the phone. Their online booking system is a mess. It put each of my services with a different stylist instead of all with the one I chose!
Management, you are costing your stylist $$ by not having a full time receptionist. I called 5 days straight and never got an answer!!!
I didn't request anyone in particular or any specific skill level when I booked an appointment for shampoo, haircut and blow dry. I just took my chances. I arrived and met my stylist, Stacie, for the first time. She was very personable and friendly, and asked me what I would like. I had done some self-trimming and needed her to clean that up and add some long layers. She then took me to the shampoo station and not only shampooed my hair but gave me lovely scalp massages in between the wash and conditioning treatments. I felt so pampered! Stacie then proceeded to give me one of the best haircuts I've had in years, no joke. This woman has some skills, and by luck of the draw, I got an appointment with her that day.
We are certainly pleased with the ability that CHAN TRAN has always shown as a Senior Stylist. The haircuts are impeccable. My wife and I have been customers at JC Penney's In Style Salon for quite some time, and very happy. My wife gets a lot of compliments. Thank you.
