Kristen is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that she gives you your own say in how the session goes. She is clearly an expert, but she doesn't push you to do anything you're not comfortable with. She gives you the rundown of how things work, does her massaging, while also taking direction based on how you feel at every turn. She never forces anything and checks in with you all throughout the session. I will be back for more!
