After the service, the air conditioner works like new - quietly and efficiently. Now I can safely use the air conditioner. There is no more water. We use this company for the HVAC at our offices and we recently had numerous problems with hot/cold spots in the office and difficulty regulating the two-- one degree seemed to be a major change on the thermostat. The problem wasn't easily solved (and probably not easily diagnosed) and the owner himself personally came out several times to see how we could find a fix. It took several visits and a lot of monitoring, and a lot of patience on all parties, but now the HVAC works properly.
