Title: Disappointing Experience at Impression I recently visited [Salon Name] for a manicure, and pedicure I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. First, the service felt rushed. The nail technician Donna didn't pay attention to detail. I got it done on Friday I was the last customer and right after I went home one off the nail came off. Next day I went back to salon. She fixed it and said accident happen . I was like ok . The real disappointment came just when one after other of my nails came off completely! I was shocked and frustrated, especially considering I had paid a lot for what I expected to be quality .I took good care of my nails, avoiding any activities that might damage them, but it was clear that the application was subpar. And now the salon was closed because they are remodeling Overall, I would not recommend [Salon Name] to anyone looking for a reliable and quality nail service. I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

She did it in hurry and didn’t even file my nails. I asked for oval shape and this is what I got. My cuticles were not cleaned too..!

Unfortunately, this was probably the worse pedicure experience. I should've turned around once I saw the at home pedicure spa machine. It didn't have a plastic liner like other nail places do and their tools didn't appear to be sanitized. I had some left over gel on my toenails and her nail drill didn't even work so she proceeded to use a nail file. When she was cutting my big toe I jerked twice because she was cutting too short. Now my toe hurts and I hope I don't get an infection. I didn't have the heart to leave but I really wish I did. I only decided to come here because a family member told me the nail salon in the plaza behind her house is her go to nail place. Found out later it's the plaza right across this plaza.

My grandma discovered this place, and recommended it to me. Now, I go there for my haircuts and I love it when Donna cuts my hair. She follows the reference photo I give while also listening to my preferences and adjustments.Service: Haircut

Great local haircut place for $15! Tucked away in the same plaza next to Safeway, you will find this local place that specializes in cuts and nails. I've been going here for years and the service has always been incredible from Kay (no longer works there) and Tina (the only person I will let touch my hair if I come here. Tina frequently takes her time and knows how to cut a fade for an Asian cut. She takes her time and I frequently take 45 minutes + because she is so thorough! This is all for only $15 but please remember to tip generously because the prices are criminally low. Other tips: Parking : a bit of a mess so you might need to park near the CVS and walk in here. Book an appointment! Call ahead and see if Tina is available. They can usually do same day service. You can also just randomly show up but they might busy and there could be a really long wait. Ambience - could be improved - this place is really bare bones so don't expect a luxurious experience. Pay with cash - they accept a credit card but charge a dollar or two to do so.

The staff Donna, Linh and Tina at Impressions are friendly and professional. Though always busy they never seem to keep anyone waiting. I followed Tina from the last salon to here. One simple word, WOW! Her talents are definitely color and highlights. I have referred friends and family and we all agree "Tina is the Best" Six stars for Tina's sweet and kind temperament!
