I want to leave a consultation that ended in me putting a deposit down review and leave the type of info that was initially looking for. I'm the kind of neurotic person who will look at every Yelp review, spend hours on YouTube and social media looking people who got what ever I'm looking into do reviews and share experiences so "this place is great, highly recommend!" Doesn't work for me, I find it hard to just go with other peoples opinions and need cold hard facts and to see with my own eyes if possible. This was my second consultation since my first one was 2021 and I shortly after lost my job due to pandemic.I had a great experience then and was also shopping around as hair systems were a new thing to me at the time. I initially talked to different places probably the same the many other guys did. I found another high rated place to be very overwhelming, pushy, EXPENSIVE, and almost slight of hand-ish. I was worried this is what the industry was like.I ended up talking to Cindy and had a great talk about what I want and she was pretty good about expectations. After I lost my job I put it aside but recently was like "yeah, it's time" I had another great conversation on this second 2 year apart consultation. Cindy is really nice and I honestly feel like she isn't trying to rip anyone off, overcharge, or push you on anything. For what I want, she even helped me with how to save a ton of money. What's great is I showed up and was able to see a client walk out with a fresh system and was blown away, it looked so good and completely natural, which gave me even more confidence as this was the first time I was aware I was looking at a system. We talked hair style, color match, long term and short term goals. She encouraged me to not go too crazy and stick try regular hair match/texture and experience it for a few months; see what I like and don't like before I buy multiple units. I've seen other comments saying that the place was dirty but I find that hard to believe, the place is spotless and very nice. Working on customer service my whole life I think I know what kind of people are leaving those reviews. While true she is busy, understand this is a 1 woman show. If you can't respect that, then you are probably just a bit too entitled. At other places I went they had multiple employees with up to 3 people in the consultation which tells you why they hike up the price so damn much. Be upfront about what you want explain the best you can (pictures help) and Cindy will tell you what she can and can't do (so far no "cant's")I find Cindy to be a busy woman and really direct which some people take as rude or rushed but I did not feel rushed ever even when I asked the same question multiple times. I found her to be really sweet and sincere about what she does, some people actually enjoy being sold to and fluffed... you won't find that here, just all business baby! I will follow up with after results but from what I seen first hand I'm more excited than I was when I first came in. Thanks Cindy!

Have been working with Cindy for couple of years now. She is great at what she does with your hair. The location not at the best place but don't let that discourage you from giving her a chance Thanks

Cindy is amazing at what she does. My husband and I are her regular customers and would highly recommend her services to everyone. She does an amazing hour cut, hair color, blow dry, etc.
