They really know how to work with asian hair (stiff, thick, etc.). Three different times with three different barbers and all of them can handle it so it doesn't look lopsided, or the back doesn't look weirdly uneven.

I am a long term customer at this salon and I don't think I would go to anyone else but Ivy. I love this salon because Ivy consistently delivers whatever request I have for a new cut or color. I've gone to her on 3 different occasions throughout the year. First I asked for purple highlights hidden within my hair, then went to silver in the fall, and then to a blonde balayage. I recommend anyone who comes to Ivy to bring reference photos. She's really good at not only getting a clear idea of what you want, but also adjusting it to your style and face shape.

This was my first time here and I was extremely nervous because past salons have messed up my hair but Kim did incredible. I showed her a reference pic and she did it beautifully. I've never been so happy about a haircut until today. I will definitely be coming back to Kim
