We've hired Hinkle Construction, Inc. (HCI) a few times for projects on our 1940s house, starting with an emergency repair of some outside walls after we discovered major termite damage. Most recently we had them remodel a bathroom, and there have been other smaller projects in between. From Mark on down, the folks that work for HCI have been polite, professional, skilled at their work, and interested in customer satisfaction. They have also been good at talking through aspects of projects to make sure that what we thought we wanted them to do would actually work well for us in the end (sometimes there were good reasons to do something different). We had a great experience working with the Hinkle team to remodel our kitchen. They were pleasant to work with, responsive to messages, and upfront with all their costs. Anytime unexpected issues came up due to our old construction, they were flexible and provided several options on how to proceed and we never felt pressured into any decisions. The work all came out great in the end and we're very happy with our new kitchen. We'll definitely go with them again for future projects and can highly recommend to them.
I'm so happy we went with Hinkle Construction for our remodel. They have been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful on many fronts. The onsite team (JD & Josh) and all of their subcontractors (electrician, painters, countertop fabricator, backsplash tile person) have all exceeded our expectations. As soon as our electrical permit was approved, Hinkle Construction got to work. They managed to line up all the subcontractors perfectly such that there was no wait time in between deliverables. In exactly one month from start to finish, they did a complete kitchen remodel, master bathroom remodel, paint throughout the house, and new lighting throughout the house.
