I just got my third pair of new oticon hearing aids from Hearing Life through Lori. She is excellent and very knowledgeable. I can hear so much better! Totally worth the investment to keep me being able to understand what is going on around me and take part in it. Hearing aids take a few weeks to get used to and you have to wear them every day. After that time they are not irritating anymore. Hearing Life takes good care of their patients. Getting hearing aids is much more than just buying them.

Mom is questioning her needs for her latest hearing aids. One on her right ear caused her alot of discomfort that she took it off & the back of her right ear is still red. I called the following day to take her in and I'm waiting for a call back to take her in. The technician, LORI was patient and I hope she can help mom with her problem I did not give 5 stars!! This is trickery!! I give it stars, NOT 5!!
