Getting a haircut from Sed and Zo is a privilege; you're literally amongst greatness and legends.

The level of skill, knowledge, and attention to detail is only surpassed by their appreciation of the client and their love of the community.

I've never felt more confident and walked straighter than after getting a cut from Sed. He is a virtuoso who blessed me with his gift.

I love and support these businesses. I voluntarily waited over an hour maybe two, but it will be nice if I could have scheduled another haircut. It seems like they may cater to a different audience.

These barbers have it all! They are a great asset to the downtown San Jose community. It's a one-of-kind space A CREATIVE space, black owned business, that welcomes literally everyone and anyone with open unassuming arms! Here you will get a LIFE ENHANCING experience. Not only can you get a fade, clean haircut, (incredible sissor work) shave, trim etc as a walk in or booking an appointment thru the booksy app- you can join 'Zo and Sedrick there for community building events like open mic nights. The ambiance is chill and full of curated art, some pieces by locals and the thankful messages artfully tagged on the ceilings! These gentlemen are multi-talents: 'Zo DJs locally (I found him working his spin magic at an art opening at the nearby San Jose Institute for Contemporary Art) and the barbershop turns into a studio where you can have headshots or family portraits taken by 'Zo the professional photographer! Proud to Pay is another way they are injecting the community with love, literally a customer pays what they are able to! A rarely heard of kindness in Silicon Valley these days! There you have it! in one day you get a makeover, professional headshots, an earful of meliflouous music and scintillating conversation! Check out the photos to see my 15 year old son in the chair as he's learning priceless life lessons and feeling the love we all crave!
