I didn't know what I was missing out on until I got my hair cut by Vanessa! I had been putting off getting a haircut for a year, unhappy with my usual style. I have inconsistently wavy hair with the occasional curl. Because of that I did *not* want a dry curly cut, as is the trend these days for anyone with a hint of a bend in their hair, and I was looking for something lower maintenance than a product-heavy 10-step plop/cast/scrunch/diffuse/etc routine. Vanessa really listened and gave me a perfect layered cut that has been so easy to maintain since day one (I'm now about 10 weeks out). I’ve been going to Vanessa for almost a decade. Her cuts are precise and exactly the style I ask for. I usually show her a photo of what I want for my hair and she makes it happen. She takes her time and is very detailed to make sure the cut and style is to your liking. She is hard working and humble. More, she is a truly good person. When I had cancer, she cut my long hair so I can save it to make a wig. She then cut and styled my wig after it was made. She did all of this free of charge because she cares for her clients.
