Great Clips San Jose is a hair salon offering haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing for men, women, and children. The salon is known for its affordable prices, with haircuts costing around $30. Customers can walk in or check in online to skip the wait.
The salon has a clean environment and transparent pricing. While some customers have reported negative experiences with uneven haircuts and rough treatment, others have praised the stylists for their skill and professionalism. The manager, David, has been commended for his ability to resolve customer issues.
I have usually had good experience at Great Clips but unfortunately the lady did not follow the directions properly, cut it too short and uneven in the front.
Edit. Sorry for the poor review, I was just mad I guess. Everyone deserves to have a bad day once a while. Sorry about that!
I should cherish the fact that you got it right all the other times and not be set on this one time :)
You rock! :)
This was my first time trying out Great Clips. I am so happy I chose to try this location. I was greeted by Celi. She was such a delight and so polite. She took me right away and asked me exactly what I would like her to do with my haircut. She gave me some suggestions and she did exactly what she mentioned and I walked out of there so happy. The prices are really good. I have to also mention that the salon was very clean and the other ladies working that day were very nice. I will be coming back to see Celi and have her make me pretty again. Thanks Great Clips for employee Celi.
I was disappointed that this location did not accept the $9.99 coupon that was saturating the internet for the last 6 weeks. It makes me wonder if that was just a bogus internet marketing campaign. This location also does not accept AMEX cards for payment. I will be moving to Supercuts.
