I have usually had good experience at Great Clips but unfortunately the lady did not follow the directions properly, cut it too short and uneven in the front.

Edit. Sorry for the poor review, I was just mad I guess. Everyone deserves to have a bad day once a while. Sorry about that!
I should cherish the fact that you got it right all the other times and not be set on this one time :)

This was my first time trying out Great Clips. I am so happy I chose to try this location. I was greeted by Celi. She was such a delight and so polite. She took me right away and asked me exactly what I would like her to do with my haircut. She gave me some suggestions and she did exactly what she mentioned and I walked out of there so happy. The prices are really good. I have to also mention that the salon was very clean and the other ladies working that day were very nice. I will be coming back to see Celi and have her make me pretty again. Thanks Great Clips for employee Celi.

I switched to getting my haircuts here after my usual spot nearby was slipping and quality. I now come here monthly and love the experience. The people who work here are always happy and friendly and talkative during the haircut experience. They also really take their time to understand what I want done and they take their time to make sure that they do a good job and that I'm happy. I especially like how they keep a record of what haircut style I get and what settings they use each time so that the next time they can repeat exactly what I've gotten in the past.
