The bad news: my sideburns are gone and customer service is meh. The good news: the haircut was $15.99.Online checkin feature is very helpful. Was seated almost immediately. Haircut started great as they had my preferences from a previous visit. Barber took off almost my entire sideburn without asking me (suggested I should’ve told her beforehand). Not much of an apology received. She ended the haircut without asking me if I’d like to change anything. Hence she took off the apron and neck tissue. Watch out for the online waitlist service. Based on the people working there, if you don’t show up within 15 mins after checking in online, they will remove you from the waitlist (without letting you know, of course). Bad experience for me. Please plan accordingly.

Very disappointed with this place. I went in with my son for a haircut for both of us. We decided my son will get his haircut first and he was assigned to a stylist. Super nice lady and did a terrific job for him. She was gentle, suggested a few things to consider for his haircut and kept checking in if she was on the right track.While he was nearing done, the other stylist working there asked me if I will go with her. I agreed, which was a huge mistake. I got no questions. In the first minute, she took off almost an inch of my left sideburn. When I pointed out, she replies with “I will fix it later”.
