I’ve been going to Great Clips for years. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed. Today went in for a haircut. Checked in using the app. Wait was 15 mins. Glad app updates you and tells you when to walk in. I walked in and waited under 10 mins. Michelle was my stylist today. She was very nice, did a terrific job on my cut, and all the while, we had a great chat. Nice to have a stylist who not only cuts hair great but also listens and offers suggestions on the style. I also love using the Great Clips app. Highly recommend!

Overall the hair cutting is goodk but there's this policy where they don't use coupons under $15.99. I don't know if this is like an official thing or they just put it up there. Online you can get coupons for much less than that, but they won't accept it.

Haven’t been here in a WHILE! Usually I get helped out by Hilton? (Sorry if I botched it or maybe misnamed? But it’s the chill Vietnamese dude with a mustache.) But unfortunately he was busy today and was helped out by Charlie! He’s super dope! I love his patience, attention to detail, and is committed to making sure your hair comes out right. I’m trying out a new hairstyle I’ve been a bit skeptical of and he always kept me in the loop of cuts he was making. I hope these guys stay a while because I only come back for them.??
