Dr Thai is a gem of a person.
He has been doing my ortho sessions for few months now, he keeps me comfortable and explain me the treatment plan. His team is also very polite and efficient.
I went here for a cleaning check-up, and I saw that the entire facility was clean, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The assistant took X-rays before they started the cleaning. Then, the doctor showed me the images and discussed with me the cavities I had that needed to be filled as soon as possible. They did a great job with both the cleaning and filling on the same day. The second time I came here with Dr. Thai for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was nervous going in, but Dr. Thai's calm and caring demeanor immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly gentle and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. The extraction was quick and practically painless. His attention to detail and patient care are truly exceptional. If you're nervous about extractions or feel uncomfortable at the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Thai's office. I can't explain exactly why, but the way he talks and reassures you really helps ease some of the anxiety.
Nice experience with this dentistry so far! Dr. Thai just pulled out 4 wisdom teeth for me. He explained everything about my concerns and advised me to get them removed in one appointment so I don't have to take medicine multiple times. I was kind of scared at first but Dr. Thai and his staff did a great job. They were really gentle and professional which made me feel comfortable during the surgery. Also, I am getting braces here. So far the progress is going pretty well. Dr. Thai always tells me what he is going to do to my teeth during my monthly checkups so I can keep track of my braces progress. Hopefully I will get my braces off on time. Highly recommended!!
