The San Jose branch has excellent customer service. The employees there are extremely helpful. They are worth the longer drive because its definitely better than the location closer to my work. Hats off bv to the crew at San Jose Grainger.
Sara(h?) was super thoughtful and helped me place a new order for the correct size of boots I wanted to get; they were quick and efficient with their help and well organized and thoughtful.
Joe, who works there from 1990 is fantastic person. We arrived at their store at few minutes after they had closed. However, when Joe saw us, he opened the door and took time help us identify specific items. At one point he even called their central tech support to identify a specific type grease for our project.
Overall we spent almost an hour after they had closed. The rest of the staff was very professional as well.
