Love this place my dog always comes home looking beautiful. Deborah's students do a great job every time. The kennel service is excellent my dog is always in good hands at Golden Shears.
I am not rating their grooming services - only their customer service! They are so rude and unprofessional that after one phone call I decided to take my dog elsewhere. The woman, Debbie, is not a people person. Which is unfortunate because i had heard good things about her.
Just called and tried to set up appointment persons who answered phone was very unprofessional. was very rude. Asking what I wanted then refusing to groom the dogs as my request. Did not even answer phone as a company I had to ask if I called the right place.
