Ricky O. Did a great job fixing my water leak that was coming from the 2nd floor. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had a dishwasher that would not drain. My plumber could not come out until monday. I called Gogo Rooter and Gandalf was on-site within an hour. He was very professional. He explained what the problem was, what he would do to repair it, approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost. A previous install of my garbage disposal by another plumber was causing the problem. He explained in laymen term how that improper install caused my dishwasher to fail. I will definitely use Gogo Rooter services and will always ask for Gandalf and you should too.
