Overall service and communication was very good. Our technician, Angel, was friendly and very willing to explain what he was doing as the project progressed. He did need a fair amount of FaceTime assistance from his manager, Steve, who was much more knowledgeable in replacing sewer pumps like ours. My only negative was that the labor rate, which was a little over $200 per hour seemed quite high for this project.

Adrian and victor showed up thirty minutes after calling for service. We didnt anticipate having plumbers respond on Sundays. Having Adrian and Victor showing up and getting the work done on short notice was refreshing.

Although I didn't end up using Gogo Rooter this time, I had a great user experience with them. They were very professional, sent a technician promptly for a free estimate and technical assessment, and even followed up with a call afterward. The only reason I didn't go with their service was because a handyman friend was able to resolve the issue without charge.
