My wife and I first used used G.L. Perry Construction with Justin Reichert approximately five years ago with our remodel of a bathroom and a home office. We were very impressed with promptness of the workers and subs arriving on time, attention to detail and keeping the worksite clean at the end of the day. We were very pleased with the recent work done on our home. We have used GL Perry for larger jobs in the past too and were happy, so we came back. The workmanship is top notch as it the communication and daily clean up. We had an outside door removed and replaced with a window and had a new custom trellis pergola built and back of house painted. The custom pergola was a sketch they turned into reality and has given us much needed shade in the right areas. We recommend this company, thorough, professional and easy to work with.

We hired GL Perry for a 500 square foot addition to our home in 2018. They were not our lowest bid, but they were very clearly the most qualified. Their bids were thorough and communication was excellent. The skill level of their subcontractors and their employees was exceptional. We were so happy with their work, we hired them a second time to build our 1,200 square foot ADU. Both projects were executed on time and on budget. I highly recommend GL Perry to anyone who is seeking referrals. Five stars!
