We've hired GL Perry for 2 jobs at 2 separate homes we have owned. The first job was in 2017 for a bathroom addition and remodel and the most recently for an ADU. From the moment I reach out to them to the time we finish a project they are absolute professionals. They are timely and responsive; their subcontractors are clean, friendly and quality craftsman. I don't think they are the least expensive or the most expensive but they are fair and worth every penny. They rarely come back with change orders and often offer me some cost savings when they find other options. If you're looking for a trustworthy operation with great care for detail this is the contractor you want to hire. Every step of the way we had inspectors on site when needed and passed each one without delay. This was an ADU on the property line and in a flood zone so it was complicated to get a permit but since GL Perry took over it's been a breeze.
