I have been using FW for years now. I have a delicate vehicle that requires special care and this team is amazing and with all honesty has not let me down a singe time. I use their service in average I would say 3 times a month and they never disappoint. Really highly recommended. Superb attention to detail and customer service!

Leaving 3 as the service has been good for years. But deducting because:
The new booking experience is not good. It is a vibe coded generated website that does not have members login, user information pull-up, booking management, and the timeslots are now so vague. I understand that you want to change the booking to be more flexible but you still need to have the features properly implemented. Right now I have to call customer service team directly to do modifications and I can’t imagine that is easier for you guys.

I had good experience and I think I will keep using their service. My car looks gorgeous after the service and the surface feels very smooth. It's certainly not perfect, and I can find minor places that are not taken care of, but considering the reasonable price and the location, I am happy to just leave my car here while spending time at the Valley Fair.
