Dear Mr. Milad Anvar,I been a customer at fence specialties for the last 5 years. Let me start with you have your facts all wrong! First there is no manager by the name of Vanessa. If you have been a "so called customer of FSI for the last year" you would absolutely know the rules of this company! They require you to fill out a form for any over the phone transactions absolutely no exceptions (which is a company policy). This is great to me since now a days many companies don't do this, making fraudulent transactions so easy!
