Dr. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable about all different types of physical ailments. I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain for over 10 years and have pursued many different doctors with temporary relief. 6 weeks out of treatment and still no back pain! He also gives you exercises to prevent pain and injury in the future. 10/10 would recommend!
Dr. Contreras is amazing and extremely knowledgable! He has helped me with it all. From shoulder, knee and foot pain to just basic body maintenance that I have needed since giving birth to my son.
What I truly love about his approach is that he customizes a plan just for you to help you achieve your goals. For me it has been a combination of all different approaches from graston, ART, full body adjustments to red light therapy and normatec massagers.

Dr. Jorge has helped me to walk with less pain and has improved my flexibility in my hips. He has an abundance of knowledge and knows a tremendous amount about the human body. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to set up an at home exercise plan. I highly recommend him as a doctor of chiropractic.
