Dr. Contreras is EXCELLENT at meeting patients where they are while building out a wellness plan for short and long term relief/health. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness and I’ve learned a ton from him. What I really appreciate about working with him is that he has also dealt with his own injuries so he understands both the mental and physical toll it can take on you. Can’t recommend him enough! I've been a patient of Dr. Jorge Garza-Contreras at Forever Strong for the past 5 months, and I'm blown away. If you're tired of chiropractors who just crack you and send you on your way, you NEED to check this place out.I came in with stubborn thoracic back pain that had been nagging me for years. Wish I can give many more stars Greatest Service not only is he knowledgeable he is nice to talk to and his transparent integrity puts you at ease not to mention he is always looking great, here I had my very first adjustment, by far best decision it took me a long time to finally decide but it was more than worth, after the first adjustment I immediately felt relief and a release it was magical, I had few treatments more after that and all of that led me to have him taking care of our son, he trains him to teach him develop patterns and overall strength for his baseball, I appreciate the great influence he is for him, he is always looking forward to be trained by him...read full review
