I have been coming here for over five years and they just keep getting worse and worse! I was given a referral sheet to a dentist 30 MINUTE OUT OF TOWN whose address was not updated! So I went to the building to find it empty. I call the office and I get the correct address, but now I have to wait over an hour to be seen! Once I am seen they tell me THEY DON'T ACCEPT MEDICAL! I WENT FOR NOTHING! NOTHING!

Don't to this place because they don't respect to people. Two time I came here for my teeth unfortunately first time I was seating on chair and waited for Dr. And today my appointment was at four and 3:45 p.m I checked in and again 20 minutes I was waiting for Dr. Vu Tran.The nurse talked to Dr. He said I'm coming talk to me but he was working next room on another patient. Another nurse came talked to me his behind today, they should call me and inform me we are behind today I come one or half hour later.That behavior is very unprofessional for Dr. They don't care to the patients at all. Amazing experience here for my daughters first visit. The person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice and quick to process us. Once we were taken back, our nurse was very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. She was extremely skilled, calm, and made the ouchie parts not so bad. Our NP, Nina Waloewandja was the best provider we have seen, she was patient, understanding and my girl loved her. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!
