My professional situation has ranged from sole proprietor to salaried employee to corporate partner over this period and his knowledge and advice have always kept my finances in order and given me the security and return on investment I've needed.

I don't know that my adviser is taking new clients, but for the past four years Michael at Fireside Tax and Financial Planning has provided excellent work for my tax and financial needs. I've been able to manage a better than 10% gain per year, over this time. He is conservative, meticulous, and his rates are very reasonable. His office is not the fanciest around, in fact it's "quite" humble. What counts is the work and his work is superb. (He himself has investment properties in Hawaii and in Florida.) He has also advised me, in great detail, on how to find and work with a lawyer regarding estate planning and other financial issues. He's reviewed my documents prior to sign off and has actually challenged a few things, for my situations have not been boilerplate. You'll catch his New York accent, as he may talk your ear off with unrelated issues, but that's part of his charm ... He is located in San Jose, close to Campbell, on the corner of Hamilton and Leigh.
