For the facial and head spa, it was so relaxing that I fell asleep for a part of it but I do remember waking up to a hydrating face mask and the water massage running through my head. For both, Vy who was assigned to me, was super thorough and attentive to details. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my experience. Before starting, she even did a patch test on my skin since I mentioned I had used retinol a week ago and she wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have a reaction, which really showed how much she cares about her clients’ safety and comfort. She also educated me on how to care for my brows and skin afterward, and explained how hyaluronic acid (which our skin naturally produces) can be really beneficial to soothe my sensitive skin.
