My wife and I make a quick appointment over the phone with Eye Focus Optometry and come in the very next day. I actually waited for the whole service to be completed before I put my review. Atmosphere: The place is clean and bright. I guess this is standard expectation of a doctor's office but I think with the cram and over population situation in Silicon Valley, this is still a nice factor. Service: we came there twice and spoke over the phone 3 times. There seem to be at least 2 persons working with the doctor every time which is very helpful because it does not seem like we have to wait. The conversation over the phone is very professional, prompt, sincere and helpful. The equipment seem to be well maintained and always sanitized before each use for us. The doctor goes into every details of the films/photos on screen and explain our results carefully. We got our glasses within a week (but keep in mind that this is mostly depends on how fast the lab ship back the glasses) This is a week after we got the glasses and I can say, I am back next year for my annual check up.
I like it a lot better than the old office I used to go to. The doctor is very thorough and I could tell she likes what she does by the way she works.
Cindy had her mind set on becoming an optometrist since her sophomore year in high school. She pursued her career and never was distracted or thoughts of giving up.
