My package was stolen or not delivered, Elan BEAUTE was so helpful with reaching out to USPS on dealing with this situation. NOT to Mention how great in quality their lash’s products are. I’ve learned so much and expanded my creativity with them. Again thank you for being so mindful and making great products for your customers

I've never once had an issue with Elan Beaute's supplies or service. They have an excellent selection of black lashes, color lashes, and supplies, and so much variety, too! I'm in love with their cashmere mink lash trays and invisible girl glue. I have had quality issues from other companies, so Elan has been a life saver.

Poor customer service today. One of the employees working today rudely spoke out loud about my girlfriend shopping in their store to the cashier. Rudely saying "WHaT is THAt guRl DoiNGgg??" As she is looking at her phone. In retrospect, she wanted to know more info about the product through her phone because no one was helping her. My girlfriend comes to this place all the time, she supports and loves the products, so no hard feelings to this establishment. I just don't appreciate one of the workers rudely asking her coworker what my girlfriend is doing out loud, rather than simply ask "hey is there something you might need that I can help out with"?
