Joseph showed amazingly impressive customer service - helped me diagnose to try and resolve without a visit for free, but when my water heater issue persisted, he arrived next morning with parts needed and fixed the problem at the lowest price of all the quotes I got.

Joseph responded to my inquiry within minutes and had Joe and Tony at my home to assess the issue within an hour on a Friday. They were phenomenal helping us out replacing our (ancient) water heater with a new tankless option. Their estimate was fair, transparent, and didn’t change despite the annoying configuration of our old tank and difficulty of removal. They went above and beyond navigating my garage clutter and worked very quickly. Definitely recommend these guys, I’ll be giving them a call next year for the annual tank flush/maintenance.

Had the water heater replaced by Efficient Water Heaters. Am a return customer with them. Glad to deal with a company with transparency and honesty, and best of all quality work that I can rely on. Omar is a cool guy who did an excellent job installing my new American Standard water heater.
