We have been coming to Dr. Rabitz Pediatric Dentistry for 4 years now, and even after moving to another town, we still make the drive back because this office is just that amazing. The entire staff is absolutely incredible and so patient with kids. From the very first visit when my twins were just two years old, they took the time to help them feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. Dr. Lam always encourages my kids and makes sure they feel at ease, and the dental assistants are genuinely kind and nurturing. This is the perfect dentist experience for kids. The staff is pleasant and it feels like everything runs there smoothly and on time. The providers are knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and professional.
Had a great experience bringing my 9-month-old here for her first dental visit. From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put us me ant ease. The office was very clean and organized, and we were taken back right away with no wait time- a huge plus when visiting with a baby.
The dentist and team were informative and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. They were also amazing at engaging with my baby- patient, gentle, and clearly very comfortable working with little ones. And, I didn’t feel rushed during the visit at all.
