Every renovation project has some unexpected challenges, and ours was no different due to extenuating circumstances. But the difference was how well the Decor team managed the project through the difficulties.
One example was the discovery that our roof needed to be replaced. Not something we were aware of and not something that was part of the original project. We have nearly 100 year old Spanish terracotta tiles. The rains were coming, and we needed a fix quick.
Decor put us in touch with a contractor of theirs that came out the next day and replaced the damage before rain could ruin the work being done by Decor.
We hired decor as a full service design and build contractor to upgrade a single family home. Our project included designing a new expanded kitchen, upgrading all bathrooms, windows, and doors. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of work completed.
Pros - All needed services available through decor (architect, designer, contractor, coordinator, staircase carpenter, etc).
