I've been a casual customer at Dapper since they opened around 2016-2017. Over the years, I've seen many barbers come and go. Through all the changes, Juan has been my go-to barber, consistently delivering excellent cuts and great energy. We had one minor miscommunication about a cut, but he promptly corrected it without issue.Today, an unforeseen challenge arose. Juan was stuck in traffic and could not make our appointment, and Hector offered to step in. Although I was initially hesitant due to my unique head shape which can be challenging for barbers who I haven’t gone to before, Hector's assurance and professionalism convinced me to give it a shot. Banners are awesome, I experienced delays 2 times I was there. Either the barbers takes longer or no show. Robbie is awesome I love the way he cuts. Must go there although I faced problems I love this place and one of the best Dappers I have.I can forgive them because they cut so good and the price is reasonable comparing to other Dappers I've gone.

It's hard to find a good barber. I have been through my share. I'm so glad I found Carlos. He's a youngish guy, but he has mastered the fade. He took his time, but wasn't slow. I couldn't be happier.
