Richard came out to help me fix a broken hose for my pool equipment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I also had a broken pool light that he was able to replace. He made sure that appropriate circuit breakers were in place, and he was very patient and professional, when I at first didn't get the right wiring installed by an electrician which meant Richard couldn't put in the light in the first attempt. Richard kindly came back, once all safety measures were in place, and he did a stellar job installing the new light. I most highly recommend D&R Pool Service.
(Posting this review on behalf of my mother). We called five different pool service companies for an urgent matter (shattered glass in our pool & damage to the liner), none of them were as responsive as Rich. He was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Even though he had a busy schedule he managed to come out the next day. Did an amazing job getting the remaining glass out, when other companies told us we'd have to drain the pool. He also gave us suggestions on how to fix the liner that was budget friendly. We're incredibly grateful to Rich for his professionalism and reliability on such short notice, and for being an overall nice/good guy!
