Thank you Crown Plumbing for coming out to the residence to inspect and provide a free estimate on a damaged exterior main sewer pipe line. Technician Freddie M., was prompt and on time, courtesy and respectful. Upon inspecting the damage with me he provided me with a description of what needed to be done and information necessary to repair the damage. Which was then followed up with his assessment and quote to repair the exterior plumbing via email all in a timely manner.
Hot water leaking from the pressure relief valve on the 6+ year old water heater. Sal showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional. After a quick once-over, he verified the water pressure into the house at the main line in. He then diagnosed the issue with the existing pressure release valve and was able to make a quick repair with no parts required. Would definitely call for this guy again.
