Nurses and the doctor are great, prompt, and very nice, explaining everything clearly. The office and patient rooms are very clean. Many have had smooth and efficient experiences, especially for services like a DOT screen and physical, with no wait at all. Overall, the staff is often described as friendly and multitasking, making the operation efficient.
