With the last few summers breaking heat records, we knew that we needed to do more than our current Sunsetter Awnings and blackout curtains to keep our West San Jose home cooler in the summer heat. We had Hector replace an old furnace with a new heat pump and he and his team did an excellent job. They were quick, the installation is very clean and neat (everything taped and wrapped nicely), and the price was good for the quality of the work and the quality of the units they specced. They even added a 2nd thermostat so that we could control the temperature on the second floor independently.
They've also been really great about following up on issues. I noticed the heat stopped running this morning and they showed up right away and already fixed it (bad capacitor). Really great service!
