Had a clogged bathtub. I've used drano and the like in the past, but you shouldn't overdo it. Reached out to Tai via Yelp at around 9pm on a Friday, got a reply within about 20 minutes that he was available and able to come out and help on Saturday between 10 and 11. I replied that this works. On Saturday he messaged me that he was on his way and will be arriving in 20, he was at my house right on time. Looked everything over, gave me a great price. Unclogged the drain, inspected under the house, looked over a few fixtures we had a good chat. He left. Great guy. Will most definitely be calling him for my plumbing needs.
Highly recommended! For reference, the faucet under ny shower is leaking and the faucet in my sink does not have enough pressure. So I took pics and videos and got quotes fr multiple companies. One of those who responded quickly was Mr. Tai. He came to ny house right on time, checked the issues, and even bought for me the required materials from the shop. He came back and finished the job in a short amount of time! I was so impressed w his professionalism, friendliness, punctuality, and the aura that I know he will not cheat on his clients! Also, he quoted me less than I expected. I am a new client and will be his forever client. FYI- I am not paid to post this review. Mr. Tai and his company deserve more than 5-star reviews and recognition! TY Mr Tai.
I had a kitchen sink drain problem that I couldn't fix myself so I looked around yelp and decided to give Tai a try. I called him and he was quick to respond and gave me same day service with a reasonable quote. Tai was very nice, respectful and professional when he arrived at my house. We thought it was a simple drain issue that could be resolved with a machine auger but the problem didn't go away at first. With his many years of experience, he was able to detect the bigger issue and fix it as soon as he could. He also provided great tips on how to prevent this issue to occur again. I am very happy with the excellent service that Tai provided and will continue to reach out to him for any plumbing needs.
