Jean helped us refinance our mortgage on behalf of California Capital Mortgage. She was very quick in providing quotes and any information needed after the process started. Escrow and closing were as smooth as they could be. Though we never met in person, Jean handled all my questions and requirements as if we knew each other for a long time. I honestly didn't think mortgage and/or refinance could be closed so quickly and that too with a competitive interest rate and 0 closing cost.
