What a wonderful experience! I first called to see if they could fit me in for a full color and cut and was pleasantly surprised that they could. Nina is super. She listens and is very talented. I showed her a past picture of what I wanted and she went to town. I needed texturizing and layering - big time. I'm very, very happy and of course will return when it's time. Hope you do too!

I went to this salon without an appointment after calling to see if they were available. The woman who helped me was able to get my in quickly and when I explained that I wanted to go blonde but also have my roots blended in (not quite a balyage, more of heavy highlighting) she was happy to oblige. She worked quickly and was very polite and easy to talk to. Despite my hair being resistant to bleaching quickly (certainly not the fault of the hairdresser) she was patient and calm, which put me at ease. I'm very happy with my hair and the service I was provided. You can't go wrong with this salon!

I highly recommend Nina's Hair Salon. 5 stars all the way! The salon succeeded Branham Barber several years ago. Nina has taken ownership of the establishment and broadened services: it's now a salon that serves both men and women. It's not uncommon to see a man having a traditional haircut, alongside a woman receiving a formal hair dressing. Nina is a pro at cutting my traditional, Asian straight-hair. Sure, it's a simple job (no fade or modern styling, for example), but I've always been pleased with the outcome. That is, after all, the most important thing when stepping out of a barber shop.
