I usually do not leave reviews, but this time I wanted to share my experience with Best Roof Repair. They installed my new GAF asphalt shingle roof, and I am really happy with how it turned out. Connor was professional, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about roofing materials and the full roof replacement process. From the first inspection and scheduling to the tear-off, wood repair, and final installation, everything stayed organized and on track. Jason, the construction manager, kept in touch quickly and explained each step in simple terms, which made the whole project much easier to understand. I also appreciated that they checked the roof decking and took care of the… read full review

If there were a 10-star rating, this roofing company would deserve it. From the first call to the final cleanup, Terry and the crew turned my stressful first-time homeowner experience with a leaking roof into the best service experience I could have asked for. They worked around my busy schedule, showed up when promised, and made the whole roof repair process smooth and easy. What mattered most to me was finding a reliable roofer I could trust and knowing I was getting honest pricing without any pressure. After calling around, getting the runaround from other roofing contractors, and seeing higher estimates, Terry was clear, professional, and straightforward from the… read full review
