This review is so overdue, but I am so thankful we found Tom to help us with our home project! We wanted to install an art wall wire in my daughter's room but had trouble doing so. Tom had the most reasonable quote and positive reviews, so we went with him, and we're so glad we did. He provided excellent service, is detail-oriented, and had such a warm and kind disposition throughout the job. I can testify to his great work in that our art stand held up perfectly for two years with no problem. Thank you, Tom! Will definitely use Top Cat Home Repairs again in the future.
Tom came by with his helper to install a huge new home gym rack model he had never assembled before. He did a fantastic job, like it was his own. He is matriculate, organized, communicate, friendly, and the type of professional I want to work with. Thank you Tom!
Tom installed a kitchen faucet (Delta Essa Touch Bar Faucet) and a TOTO washlet for me. He came within a couple of days after I contacted him, and he finished all the work on the day. He was responsive and communicative. I liked that he accepted PayPal for the payment. Both the faucet and the washlet have been working great. I highly recommend him.
