I'm extremely grateful for Sarg! I was supposed to pick up some pants I had hemmed on Saturday before I flew out Sunday morning and lost track of time to realize they were closed for the day. I called their number in hopes that he was still at the store even though it was already 30 minutes past closing time. Sarg picked up the phone and told me he was already home but he knew that I needed the pants for the trip and said he would drive all the way back to the store so I could get them. 10/10 Service, Quality, and Value here! I had an absolutely stellar experience at this dry cleaners. I came in extremely last minute, needing my suit cleaned for an important work event the day after next. Sarkis who turned out to be the owner was incredibly kind and courteous, understanding my situation right away. He assured me it was no problem and that he would expedite the cleaning, even asking if picking up the suit tomorrow was alright. Which of course was perfect! When I went to pick it up the following day, the suit was ready and looked perfect - cleaned and ironed to perfection. And to top it off, he charged me the same price for this expedited service. Such a great experience! I needed a dress altered for a wedding and they were amazing. Sargiz was so kind and helpful. He brainstormed ideas on how we could alter the dress, was patient, and genuinely wanted to help. I was very stressed when I walked in and I left feeling so much better because I could tell he actually wanted to help. The alterations took less than a week! Can't recommend them enough. If i ever need future alterations, I'm going to come to Bensons. Thank you so much for your help Sargiz!
