Jah is wonderful. My daughter has been training with him for over a year. She is stronger, faster and jumps significantly higher than when she began. Despite how hard she has to work, she loves coming to train.

I was referred to Coach Jah by a mutual friend when I was struggling with back/hip pain and couldn't identify the cause and treatment. We scheduled a time and I was moving extremely well after the first session! Over 10+ sessions in, I have not only improved physically but the exercise I tried on my own, Coach has helped me understand and introduced new exercise that I didn't even cross my mind that it would benefit me as a Bboy.I really appreciate him taking the time to get to know me and my goals as a 34 year old breaker (dancing over 15+) and now my perspective is not how much longer I can break but now what new heights I can hit!! I have been trained by Jah and Jay twice weekly for the last 2 years through my apartment complex. I have thoroughly enjoyed their style which is challenging but also fun. Me and my neighbours consider their classes one of the main reasons we continue to live in the complex. The pandemic meant we switched to zoom classes which at first I thought I wouldn’t enjoy, however they have been great. Considering how much I snack nowadays, I was able to lose weight and actually become more flexible and could always ask for advice on any fitness related subject. I wholeheartedly recommend them as personal trainers and if you engage them, you won’t regret it!
