Benchmark Environmental was exceptionally helpful providing guidance on some possible asbestos issues in our attic/furnace from some potentially negligent work from a previous contractor. The owner spent over 30 minutes listening/discussing our situation and gave us clear concise information which alleviated our concerns. It was very refreshing they took the time to provide expertise and guidance without charging us a fee, something very rare these days. Benchmark Environmental is a first class organization!

Their customer service was comforting. I used them on 2 separate occasions. They were honest and specific. It's cost effective if You bring in your own sample to be tested. They also referred me to a cost effective and amazing asbestos cleaning company once my floors tested positive.

My home and acres of ocean view land burned in the Santa Cruz Fires. Dealing with the county was a nightmare and I was advised to get an Engineering firm out of the county. I called multiple Engineers in San Mateo County they refused to even work in Santa Cruz because of the counties excessive demands. I submitted all the required forms to the county and they kept saying they never received them so When they didn't respond, I hired a contractor to clean up the Ash and Residue. This infuriated the rude county people who could care less about helping and only cared about filling out their forms.
