We've been with this ballet school for almost a year now, and it's been a wonderful experience. My daughter absolutely loves it! Max and Jacqui are both professional and friendly, creating a warm and supportive environment where students can truly grow. We've seen great progress in her skills and confidence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality ballet training in a nurturing setting!

San Jose Ballet School, formally known as Bay Ballet Academy, has been my ballet home! I’ve been attending this school for 10 years now, everyone there is like family, and Maximo Califano is an understanding and welcoming teacher. I recommend this ballet school to anyone who’s interested in learning about technical steps, and how to improve your ability to dance!

I have had the honor of knowing Maximo for over 25 years, ever since he first joined Ballet San Jose. From the beginning, he stood out as one of our principal dancers, bringing unforgettable energy and artistry to every role he performed in one of the finest ballet companies in the country.

Maximo’s discipline, passion, and pure love for ballet were evident every time he stepped on stage. His performances were not just technically brilliant — they were inspiring.
