Professional service that cares about their customers. I got locked out, Ed got dispatched to me and was efficient and professional. Even after a little miscommunication, the company followed up with me and took the necessary steps to make sure that I was satisfied, I would recommend.

05/18/2024 10:30 I called for service, really bad experience. He damaged my door and drilled the lock to open the door, not so professional. What he is doing more like uninvited people will do to break your house.Told me only 160, later said I have to pay 180. Really bad experience.
After I reported the accident. They are willing to satisfy the customer. For the service spirit, I will change my review to 5 stars.

We called them to ask if they could rekey our whole church after a break-in that morning. Ed called me right back and said he could be there in 2 hours and could do the out side locks that day. He was very professional and helpful and pointed out issues that we were not aware of do to the break-in. He even came back the next day to re-key the interior locks of the church. Then he came back once more to fix a problem that we were having with our main doors that are heavy and complex. He had to custom make a new piece on the spot.
