Without this organization, I wouldn't nor would have the confidence to file a small claims lawsuit against my father's former landlord for illegally withholding his security deposit after moving out. Call them at the time they open their phone lines because they fill up really fast!
I received legal advice, legal guidance, legal letters, to help me through an unfortunate situation with my current landlord/agent, who tried to evict me, violate my (tenants) privacy. It was such an unnecessary situation. I'm glade it's almost over. I never thought I would be in this situation.
