Amazing. Got a referral to them from our realtor. The sales rep was always available, gave a detailed quote with reasonable pricing for various options, and most importantly had the job done in record speed. About that: I paid a deposit to secure my spot on their schedule in three weeks or so. But then they called me and said that due to a cancellation they had an opening earlier - which was the next morning at 8am. They finished the entire job, with permits and passing inspection, before my initial deposit check even cleared! This is probably a personal record for speed on a big job.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Bay 101 Roofing Company, and I am thrilled with the final results! This is the third roof I replaced in my life; Bay 101 was night and day from the other two companies I’ve used in the past. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. I contacted four companies for the current roof replacement (I will leave them nameless). One was a no-show for the appointment to provide an estimate, and the other didn’t wow me in any way. From a pricing standpoint, they fell right in the middle and were still much less than I expected compared to what I thought I would have to fork out.

We received several quotes and decided to work with Bay 101. Their price was very competitive. Mauricio is awesome . He came to our house not once but four times to show us samples and explained the process. My husband was very detailed oriented and had a lot of questions . Mauricio was so patience and professional to answer all the questions. During re-roofing, he also came over to make sure everything was smooth and meet our expectation. When he found something were not right, he would help us to fix them. His crew also arrived on time everyday to work on the roof. They cleaned up the area and also made sure no messy on our neighbor's properties. It is a family run business and they care about their customers. The most important thing is Mauricio always responded to my text and they did a great job. I highly recommend Bay 101 and work with Mauricio. Let him put a smile on your face.
