About Australian Tan - Blossom Hill

Australian Tan - Blossom Hill offers an exceptional experience with its friendly and enthusiastic staff. The employees ensure a clean and welcoming environment, providing great customer service and product knowledge. The team goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, creating a bright and happy atmosphere. This Blossom Hill location is a must-visit for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.

The equipment is always cleaned and ready to go as soon as the customer is finished. Customers appreciate the excellent service and have been coming here for many years. The team, including Ashley B. and Joel L., is professional, assiduous, and caring, and customers love their jobs and dedication.

However, there have been instances of longer-than-expected wait times, which can be unacceptable. The staff has been apologetic and offered alternatives, but the management should address this issue to ensure a consistently positive experience for all customers.

I have been a member for the last year and can't say enough positive things about the studio. As someone who needed to be very cautious about using the UV beds early on, I could always depend on the Team to provide their professional input and recommendations to maximize my experience in achieving my goals. Kerensa is the best! As a clear anchor for the studio, she always had a welcome smile for me as I came in and provided me with applicant recommendations and best practices for my visit. Calleigh is another honorable mention as a stand out in knowledge and customer service. Thanks Team!

Kerensa & Calleigh always put a smile on my face as I walk in! 🤩 Their smiles, the way they check in, or ask about my schooling. As a faithful costumer, a warm welcome goes a long way & is much appreciated. They also have a thorough understanding of the products, not pushy, just enough... And they get me every time lol. I see how hard they work & love the hussle. Great bunch of women! 💙

Kate was great! - She had six people waiting, other people in beds, a broken bed, two beds needing cleaning, a computer malfunctioning, and was working by herself. She was SOOO stressed - but somehow was able to still smile with everyone and nobody was unhappy. Absolutely amazing.
