We rented a house through Michael and he was our point of contact during the rental period. The contracting process went very smoothly. As the property manager, he was very responsive and thoroughly addressed any issues that came up. It was a great experience and I would definitely rent through him again.

This is a review of a different sorts because it's from the POV of a potential renter. I met Micheal as a matter of fate while in Foster City, having a coffee on the bay. I was casually looking in the area for housing, due to relocation for work. I walked passed a home with a sign for lease. Micheal immediately answered and had me stop by. He was so accommodating with the late notice and very knowledgeable. Let me explore the home, gave details on its background, and answered questions about the area. The residency was staged so eloquently. It was light, airy, and felt like you were already home. Needless to say, of course I fell in love with the property! Micheal's enthusiasm during the process was so contagious and I got my application sent to him within hours. He made the process so seamless and kept in touch via text.This story doesn't end with the happiest ending. My application was not chosen by the owner of the property. I live and own a home in Los Angeles and I can now tell you officially - housing competition is an extreme sport in the Bay Area! My heart was just crushed because I fell in love with this little bungalow however, Michael was so genuine and kind - even while giving me the bad news. So. BIG BIG sigh. I am so grateful for Archer Homes. The kindness and humanity from them really made a tough situation easier to digest. I am back to the drawing board on looking for a place to rent. And who knows? Maybe I'll just shift my search to buy instead. If that happens, I'm calling Michael ASAP!! Those looking to sell, buy, or rent - let Archer Homes be your pony in the race. My quick experience with them has made me a fan for life. (And if you're renting, lemme know! I gotta move! Haha)

Tina worked incredibly hard all the way through the process of selling my home. She knows the Bay Area market well and had my condo in contract and back off the market within days after multiple offers came in immediately. She was savvy during the negotiation process and kept me well informed along the way. She also communicates great over email which was a major plus for me.
