We rented a house through Michael and he was our point of contact during the rental period. The contracting process went very smoothly. As the property manager, he was very responsive and thoroughly addressed any issues that came up. It was a great experience and I would definitely rent through him again.

This is a review of a different sorts because it's from the POV of a potential renter. I met Micheal as a matter of fate while in Foster City, having a coffee on the bay. I was casually looking in the area for housing, due to relocation for work. I walked passed a home with a sign for lease. Micheal immediately answered and had me stop by. He was so accommodating with the late notice and very knowledgeable. Let me explore the home, gave details on its background, and answered questions about the area. Tina worked incredibly hard all the way through the process of selling my home. She knows the Bay Area market well and had my condo in contract and back off the market within days after multiple offers came in immediately. She was savvy during the negotiation process and kept me well informed along the way. She also communicates great over email which was a major plus for me.
